The CCAER team was accepted to present our findings at the International Conference on Integrated Care 2024 in Belfast, Ireland. RA Laura Jamieson will be giving two oral presentations: (1) on our retirement homes regulation project and (2) on our emergency department avoidance project. Congrats team!
