An exciting day doing a press tour in the Great River Ontario Health Team region to raise awareness of our Brain-Heart Interconnectome project on regional service delivery models for people with heart failure and interconnected mental health conditions of depression, stress, and anxiety. We are recruiting people in the community aged 40+ living with heart failure AND the family, friend, or neighbour caregivers of people with heart failure to share their care journeys and recommendations with us.
