We are so pleased to be collaborating with our colleagues at the Archipel and Great River Ontario Health Teams in a participatory action research project called “Optimizing Regional Care Delivery Systems Targeting Adults with Heart Failure and Mental Health Interconnected Conditions”. This groundbreaking work is part of the University of Ottawa’s Brain-Heart Interconnectome (BHI) Initiative aimed at accelerating prevention, detection, treatment and care of brain-heart disorders.
