The CCAER team is representing at 2023 Annual Meeting of the Canadian Association on Gerontology in Toronto. We are presenting four posters sharing our ongoing work on patient-provider language discordance, food insecurity screening and assessment tools, retirement home regulatory policy analysis, and results from a study being done in Dr. Isenberg’s lab on improving hospital-to-home transitions at the end-of-life.
