Keep an eye out for the CCAER team at the HPCO2024 Palliative Care, Everywhere Conference on June 9-12, 2024 in Richmond Hill, ON. We have had 3 abstracts accepted and will be sharing findings from our patient-provider language discordance in palliative care work and our project on the experiences of caregivers of people at the end-of-life from lingustic and ethno-cultural minority groups.
