The Canadian Institutes of Health-Institute of Aging in partnership with the Canadian Association of Gerontology named Dr. Kehoe MacLeod the winner of the 2023 Student Poster Competition (Postdoctoral Category) for her work with Dr. Isenberg’s lab on Co-designing an intervention to improve patient and family caregiver experiences in hospital to home transitions at the end-of-life.
