There is nothing better than an opportunity to touch base with our patient partner advisors. We are grateful to have spent the morning learning more about what it is like to make the decision to transition from one’s home, to a retirement home, to long-term care. Working in partnership with older adults to see care journeys through their eyes and to shape our projects to amplify their voices, makes the work we do feel meaningful and relevant.
