We are thrilled to be in the Palliative Care Unit (PCU) at Bruyere’s St. Vincent Hospital doing a study of the role of food as part of patient-centred palliative care. We are using rapid, team-based ethnography which means we will be here every day for the rest of June! Thank you to the whole PCU team, patients, and caregivers for being so welcoming and engaged. We are happy to spend time with all of you.
