We are excited to share that we were awarded funds from the Concours AFP fond d’accélération at the Institut du Savoir Montfort to undertake Phase 2 of our Emergency Department (ED) Avoidance project. Thank you to Dr. Gravel for championing this project in the Montfort ED.
